Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges — Non-Personalized Items

We want you to love your Legacy Cast Iron Cookware. If you are not completely satisfied with a non-personalized item, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be in its original, unused condition
• Item must be in original packaging
• Item must not have been seasoned or additionally seasoned
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

To initiate a return, contact us at Contact@legacycastironcookware.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Ready-to-Ship Items Ready-to-ship skillets and accessories are eligible for return under the standard policy above, provided they have not been seasoned, additionally seasoned, or used.
