TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of legacycastironcookware.com and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Order Acceptance All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. You will be notified promptly if your order is cancelled.

3. Custom & Personalized Orders Custom and engraved orders are made to order and are non-refundable once production has begun. Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer (spelling, dates, names, punctuation, capitalization, font selection, order of names, date format, etc.).

Cancellations: If a custom order is cancelled after programming has begun but before production has been processed, a $20 programming fee will be deducted from the refund.

Design Changes: Any changes to the original personalization after submission — including but not limited to font, punctuation, capitalization, spelling, order of names, or date format — will require the design to be reprogrammed. A $20 reprogramming fee applies per reprogramming session. Multiple changes requested together at the same time will be addressed in a single reprogramming session for one $20 fee.

Design Proofs: Each personalized product includes one complimentary programmed design proof. Additional design options may be requested at $20 per programmed design.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

5. Shipping & Lead Times Ready-to-ship items ship within 1–3 business days. Custom and made-to-order items have an estimated 2–3 week production lead time under normal conditions; however, lead times may vary based on order volume and seasonal demand. Current lead time estimates will be noted on the product page and/or at checkout. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including product photography, copy, logos, and designs — is the property of Legacy Cast Iron Cookware and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Legacy Cast Iron Cookware is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
