Shipping & Lead Times

Standard processing time is 2–3 weeks. Expedited processing is available and can be added directly on the product page. Bulk orders are quoted individually — please contact us for processing time estimates.

Gift cards, accessories, and Ready to Ship skillets are not subject to lead times — these items ship within 1–3 business days and are not affected by standard production schedules.

Returns

Eligibility Window:
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
